本周,我们采访到了圈儿里人的创始人——李博。在采访他和撰写这篇文章之间,我多次碰到他。有趣的是,每次见到他时,他看起来都像是不同的人。虽然始终热情友好,但几乎每次都有不同的想法。

This time, we interviewed the founder of Quanerliren, Sky LI. Between interviewing Sky Li and actually writing this article, I"ve met Sky several times. Interestingly, he seems like a different person each time I meet him, always warm and friendly but seemingly with a different idea or focus each time. 

圈儿里人是专业的社交招聘公司,字面意思就是“人的圈子”,加上他是位东北汉子,因此在取名时加上了儿化音的点缀。

Quanerliren is a professional social network and recruitment company, which literally means " circle of people", with an added er as a nod to his DongBei origins.

然而,我认为这非常能描述他的经商之路。李博之前是一名招聘顾问,他希望找到一种创新的招聘方式。为了这一个创新,他不得不多次调整方式方法,但每一次,他都极其重视。最终,他通过“不将就”的生活态度,找到与众不同的的人。

And I think that’s a good way to describe his business journey. Formerly a recruitment consultant, Sky wanted to find an innovative way to do recruiting. This innovative process has meant that he’s had to pivot his methodology several times, but each time with the same focus; finding extraordinary people with a ‘never settle’ attitude.

你为什么选择裸心社?

Why are you at naked Hub?

我喜欢裸心社的文化,价格以及多地选择。被拥有同样的热情和乐于接受多变环境的人包围,实在是太棒了。相较于获得的服务来说,尤其是对于像我们一样的初创企业来说,裸心社性价比非常高。还有一个重点就是,裸心社在各地有很多家,像北京也有。

We like the culture, the price and the multi-location access. It’s great to be surrounded by people who have similar passions and embracing of changes in a fast moving environment. The price is great compared to the service you get, especially for an early stage start-up like us. And the fact there are so many naked Hubs is great, even in other cities like Beijing.

为什么取名为“圈儿里人”?

Why the name Quanerliren?

“圈儿里人”字面意思就是人的圈子,它反映了每个行业,每个部门,甚至每个团队都有自己的文化。我做了很久的招聘咨询顾问,就像你提到的,即使在一家公司里,文化也可能会有很大的差异。

Quanerliren literally means circle of people, and it reflects the fact that every industry, every department, every team has its own culture. I’ve been in recruitment for a very long time, and you recognise that even within the same company, cultures can vary wildly. 

是什么激发了你开始创业?

What inspired you to start this business?

我觉得有部分原因是,我不希望我的人生是能预见到底的。有一段时间我总是反复地出现这样的想法,但我也说不清道不明。直到一个周日的早晨,我在跑7公里马拉松的时候,我突然想通了,我意识到这是一种对于永不冒险的恐惧。

I think it’s partly because I don’t like life being predictable, but also because for a while I had this recurring thought that I just was not able to pinpoint. I was running a marathon on a Sunday morning, when 7km in, I suddenly was able verbalise this thought; I realised motivation is a fear of not taking chances.

你招聘人员的时候,用了什么创新的方法?

What’s so innovative about the ways you recruit people?

首先,我们正在建立一个O2O网络社区。其次,我们着手制作关于创始人的故事,分享他们的商业经历以及介绍他们的公司文化。还有就是,人都喜欢和人接触,我们始终在寻找人情味。这更能让那些具有相似价值观的人找到合适的公司。而对于雇主拉埃说,这意味着他们可以通过志趣相投的员工们,高效地发展公司。这也有助于对潜在用户树立品牌形象。

Firstly, we’re building an O2O networking community. Secondly, we craft stories about founders, share their journey and explain their company culture. Ultimately, people like people; we’re all looking for that human touch. This allows people with similar values to identify suitable companies, and for employers it means they can effectively grow a company with like-minded employees. This also helps with brand identity for potential customers. 

你的管理原则是什么?

What’s your guiding principle?

我认为人都需要人,因此我们需要建立人情味。让人们通过线下活动建立人际关系,这点对于我们来说很重要。然后,才能与那些有“不将就”思维的人进行交流。

I think people need people; we need that human touch. It’s important for us to get people physically interacting with each other, in offline events to build that human connection. That, and engaging with people who have a ‘never settle’ mindset
