重磅 | 裸心社携手USGBC共同打造绿色联合办公空间 naked Hub teamed up with USGBC

3月14日，上海——近年来，“共享经济”逐渐为大家熟知，共享产业蓬勃发展。今天，亚洲高端联合办公领导品牌裸心社与美国绿色建筑委员会（USGBC）在上海达成战略合作协议，并以LEED国际绿色建筑认证体系为标准指南，旨在中国打造更多可持续发展的绿色联合办公空间。

Shanghai – March 14, 2018 – As the sharing economy continues to take root in China, naked Hub, Asia’s leading premium co-working brand, and U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the creators of the LEED green building program, announced a new strategic partnership to develop sustainable and green co-working platforms and spaces in China using LEED.

裸心社由颇负盛名的豪华酒店品牌裸心集团倾力打造，目前办公空间总数在国内外近50家。裸心集团最早于2009年与USGBC开始合作，旗下裸心谷就是依照LEED标准建立的中国第一家获得LEED最高荣誉铂金认证的高级度假酒店。此次基于与USGBC的进一步合作，裸心社未来将致力于在中国建设符合LEED标准的办公空间。值得一提的是，作为管理LEED以及全球多个绿色建筑认证体系的绿色事业认证公司（GBCI），也于近期进驻裸心社新天地中心。

naked Hub, founded by naked Group—the luxury resort brand behind the renowned naked Stables and naked Castle in Moganshan—has committed to achieving LEED for all of its future co-working platforms and spaces in China. naked Group actually started collaborating with USGBC in 2009 for its resort project – naked Stables, which was the first LEED Platinum resort in China. LEED projects are certified through Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), the premier organization independently recognizing excellence in green business industry performance and practice globally. Recently, GBCI opened a new office in Shanghai in a naked Hub work space at Xintiandi.

联合办公在全球呈现明显增长趋势，根据Statista数据显示，2015年全球范围内建成并投入使用的联合办公场所多达7800处，而在2005年仅有3家。预计到2018年底，这个数字将增长到37,000。作为亚太地区领先的联合办公品牌，裸心社凭借对中国市场深刻的洞察、创新的设计理念和卓越的用户体验，引领着中国地区联合办公场所的发展。

Co-working spaces across the globe are on the rise. According to Statista, worldwide there were around 7,800 co-working spaces in operation in 2015. This figure has risen from just three locations in 2005 and is predicted to reach 37,000 by the end of 2018. naked Hub, with the added advantage of design, user experience, innovation, community, and a deep understanding of the Chinese market, has since become the leading premium co-working brand in Asia-Pacific.
