暴饮暴食加缺眠?六招教你治愈长假综合症 6 Healthy Post-Holiday Tips

如果这个长假你因为贪吃了太多月饼,而对自己的体重发愁,别担心,现在我们有一些健康小贴士来帮助你恢复到节前那个最佳状态!

If you’re feel like you might have eaten one too many mooncakes over the Mid-Autumn Festival, naked Hub has some healthy tips to help get you back on track.

及时行乐!对于上班族来说,假期是一年之中为数不多可以与家人、朋友一起放飞自我的日子。在这些天里,你可以去尽情享受美食好酒,可以比平时睡得晚一点,偷个小懒儿也没在怕的~不要对自己太严苛,当一切回到正轨之后,你的状态会变得更佳!

Be Kind. Holidays are an important time of the year, where you get to relax and enjoy yourself with family & friends. If you haven’t exercised as much as you usually do, eaten too much, enjoyed more wine than usual or had some late nights, it"s okay. Don’t be too hard on yourself, get back on track and you’ll be feeling a lot better in no time.

多多饮水!在乐享长假的时候,也许你会忘记喝充足的水,尤其在参加各种聚会饮酒之后可能会造成脱水,所以记得确保每天都要喝至少6-8杯水哦! 如果你不爱喝矿泉水,那么你也可以来点绿茶或者用柠檬水来代替。记得要减少甚至是避免饮用碳酸饮料和非纯天然的果汁!

Drink Up! You might have forgotten to drink enough water while you were enjoying your holiday. You could be dehydrated, so make sure you’re drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. If you don’t like plain water, you can also sip on green tea or naturally flavour your water with slices of lemon. Remember that sugary drinks like soda or fruit juice do not count and should be limited or eliminated from your diet completely!

早餐为王!早餐是一天之中最重要的一餐。如果你长期不吃早饭,你可能会得厌食症或者造成过度肥胖。我们要避免食用含糖的谷物或是精制碳水化合物,诸如面包或糕点),这些食物将会使你的血糖飙升继而下降,这样很可能导致你在上午十点之前就会有匮乏感。

Breakfast of Champions. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping this could lead to making bad food decisions or overeating. Avoid sugary cereal or refined carbohydrates like bread and pastries, which will make your blood sugar spike and then drop, leaving you feeling tired by 10am.

夜夜好眠!调查研究表明睡眠不足会直接影响你的健康状况。试着确保每天至少都有7-8小时的睡眠。入睡前,远离你的电子产品同样很重要,这样你不会过度思考,从而使你难以入睡并且还会得不到一个很好的夜晚修身养息的机会。记住睡眠质量远比睡眠时间更重要!

Sleep Tight. Studies have shown that not getting enough sleep can directly impact your health. Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night. It’s also important to stay off your devices before bedtime, so you’re not overstimulating your brain, making it harder to fall asleep and get a good night’s rest. Remember it’s not just about how long you sleep, but the quality of your sleep that’s also important.

绿色饮食确保你的食谱里有充足的蔬菜,特别是一些有深绿色叶子的蔬菜(比如菠菜,西兰花和羽衣甘蓝)。如果你在寻找均衡膳食的方式,那么也许榨成蔬菜汁是一个不错的选择!Green smoothies就是一个很棒的方式,确保你能够摄入足够的蔬菜,但又不会让你觉得像是吃了一大麻袋的草 ;-(

Eat (or Drink) Your Greens. Make sure you’re getting enough vegetables in your diet, especially dark green leafy types like spinach, broccoli & kale. If you’re struggling to find ways of incorporating them into your meals, drink them instead! Green smoothies are a great way of making sure you’re consuming enough vegetables without feeling overwhelmed at the thought of eating an entire bag of spinach.
