Healthy body and healthy mind is essential to a productive working day. naked Hub cares, so we"ve rolled out FREE wellness & fitness classes for all Hubbers at naked Hub, hoping to offer a great naked Morning to start your new day with. 

每天早上社员们都可以享受到90分钟的瑜伽课和30分钟的免费冥想课程。

Every morning there will be free 90 minute Yoga and 30 minute guided meditation,  tailored for all Hubbers.

因为在裸心社，我们知道有时候很难在生活和工作中找到一个平衡点。我们急于应付每天的工作，社交，各种活动时，很容易就会忽略掉身心健康。

Because at naked, we understand that often times it’s hard to find the balance for your life. Between work, social life, sleep, and the million other things you have on your plate you might neglect to take care of your body and mind.

Fret not. naked Hub is rolling out a new program that makes it easier for you to live a more balanced life. It’s also proven to make you happier, productive, focused, and finally get you that raise that you’ve been asking for…. Well maybe not that last part.

每个早晨，在你开始一天的工作之前，专业的指导老师将组织免费的健康课程。瑜伽，冥想以及“用心生活”健康计划都已经开始啦~还有更多计划正在筹备中！

Every morning, professional coaches and instructors will be hosting free wellness programs before you start work. Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness programs have already begun and there are new programs in development!
