CEO and founder of Shanghai Love

Kia Parsai is originally from Santa Barbara, California. He’s been in the Food & Beverage business ever since he was a teenager. His family held the largest account in the state for all 3 of the giant American commercial beer brands (Miller, Budweiser, and Coors) and was one of the first to carry a wide selection of craft beers. 

His passion and love for beer is partly due to the fact that he was raised in California – the craft beer capitol of the world. In the state, Sierra Nevada and Anchor Steam were the first breweries to evolve and spread. Growing up with the modern craft beer movement, Kia hopes to become a brewing pioneer in China.

The craft beer scene is expanding rapidly in China, especially in Shanghai and Beijing. Shanghai Love wants to help beer lovers expand their palate. By introducing new flavours, people’s beer experience can begin to evolve.
