裸心社重磅打造的知识分享论坛——“裸心谈”，此前举行过上海场和香港场，深受媒体与业界好评。此次首次登陆北京，深度分享共享办公概念。

Hosted at naked Hub"s new Sanlitun space, the Beijing instalment followed previous naked Conversation held in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and the topic chosen for the Beijing audience was "the Human Revival" - how community, wellness, technology and capital will disrupt the co-working industry, and bring the human elements back and fulfil the human needs.

在“人艺复兴：重返最本质需求”的主题下，裸心集团创始人兼主席高天成先生开启了本次“裸心谈”。他说，“我们很高兴能借助‘裸心谈’这一分享平台探讨这些有意义的话题。

Founder and Chairman of naked Group, Grant Horsfield, began the naked Conversation. First addressing the event itself, Grant explained: “We are excited to bring our naked Conversation to Beijing, in order to discuss and debate these key issues that affect many people"s everyday lives.

活动邀请了一系列演讲嘉宾，包括豆瓣副总裁姚文坛女士、场景实验室创始人兼造物学出品人吴声先生、 华兴国际业务负责人林家昌先生(Jason Lam)、基汇资本执行合伙人兼中国区主管彭庆邦先生(Humbert Pang)以及裸心社首席创新官卢汉森先生(Dominic Penaloza)等，探讨在物质与精神方面如何满足共享经济背后真正的人性需求。

The selected speakers for this inspiring Conversation represented a large range of the multi-industry fields which are impacting these issues. Speakers included Yao Wentan, VP of Content at Douban, Wu Sheng, founder of Context Lab, Jason Lam, Head of China Renaissance International, Humbert Pang, Managing Principal Head of China, Gaw Capital, and Dominic Penaloza, CIO of naked Group.

Ms. Yao Wentan, VP of Content at Douban, explained how Douban values their users’ participation and cultural needs. Through Douban Time and Douban Video, they offer engaging content in multiple formats; paid videos, audio and books, in order to build a quality community, grow alongside their users, and connect people more intimately via mutual mindsets.

场景实验室创始人、造物学出品人吴声先生，则对商业新物种爆炸进行了详细、精到的解读。围绕新物种爆炸的5个关键词和10个预测，他提到对于新物种，有这样一种认知：今天几乎所有的物种，都有它的性状，只不过商业环境的变化，激活、唤醒了它新的性状，进而通过互联网的选择，强化乃至固化性状的时候，新物种就诞生了。

Founder of Context Lab, Mr. Wu Sheng, shared his thoughts on the emergence and growth of the business "X-Species", referring to 5 key words and 10 forecasts on business X-Species. The topic explained how each category within business has its own unique aspects, with the business environment awakening new attributes which are enforced via digital technology.

这是对互联网议题的最新思考，商业新物种的诞生正在改变我们的消费生活和思考模式，裸心社是其中一种，它还将以更灵活的方式深入整个办公领域，冲击传统办公楼。而这些新物种的核心，正是回归人性、注重体验。

This refreshing take on the development of the internet was highly relevant to naked Hub, as it allows the company to spread and strengthen its roots, leading to a more flexible strand of co-working. This impacts traditional office settings, by giving momentum to the shift back towards the human element, and value placed on experience during working life.

In addition to expanding its physical network, naked Hub is also growing its online offerings. CIO of naked Group, Dominic Penaloza, shared from a technology perspective. He said, the core of the sharing economy is the human community, rather than hardware and space.

The company has also launched its new “naked Hub Connector” service in its exclusive mobile application for community members. It plans to expand to the global real estate market, used by developers worldwide, connecting tenants around properties, and providing an operation platform system for coworking space and venues.

Head of China Renaissance International, Jason Lam, and Managing Principle Head of China at Gaw Capital, discussed capital funds and the sharing economy. 

作为裸心社C轮融资的两大资本领头人，他们分享了对共享办公空间的市场观察与前景看好。到2030，全球30%的商业地产将变成联合办公空间或灵活办公空间，相比于目前现状，我们看到一个非常有潜力的市场发展空间。

As leading investors of naked Hub’s C-round financing, they shared their positive visions and observations on this market. A key observation was pointing out the enormous future potential of the market, following report figures stating that 30% of office properties are set to be turned into co-working spaces or flexible working spaces from now until 2030.
